If you have problem with printer canon i320 or i255, you can try to reset waste ink counter. You are only requiring two steps, that is reset manual for service mode and reset using software resetter for permanent reset.
Step 1: Manual for Service mode
1. Disconnect the power cable and USB
2. Press and hold the POWER and POWER cable plug
3. Press the RESUME button 2x, then release both
4. Plug the USB cable
Step 2: Software to Reset permanent
1. Download General Tools i255 in here
2. Select (USB PORT)
3. Choose EEPROM CLEAR and click SET DESTINATION 1
4. Load the paper and the printer will print a printout of data EEPROM and test for all the nozzle printhead (black and color)
5. Turn off the printer.
